You can completely remove the legacy Bing Bar program from your Windows PC using the classic Control Panel. If you are actually referring to modern Bing search results integrated into the Windows 10 or 11 Taskbar, it cannot be traditional-uninstalled, but you can block it using the Windows Registry.
